Cancellation Policy I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and that sometimes life doesn’t always go as planned, listed below is my cancellation policy I try to be as fair as I can and normally am pretty understandable about last minute changes! Appointment Cancellations 1. 48-hour notice: We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations of appointments. 2. If you are still in the 48 hour mark I will allow rescheduling of appointments for completely free of charge. 3. Less than 48 hours' notice: If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, and do not plan on rescheduling a new appointment for a different date before the 48 hours is up you will be charged 20% of your total service charge . 4. No-shows: Failure to show up for an appointment without notice will result in a charge of 50% of your total service charge.
